Content
Story
The film takes place at the anniversary (5 years) meeting of the Clemency Commission. The petition of a young man, Vladimir Yesenin, who killed two people, one of whom was the son of an influential official, is being considered. At the same time, in the colony where he is serving his term, hostage-taking takes place. In such an environment - an atmosphere of psychological pressure - and the members of the Commission must make a decision.
