Mozilla Corporation (MoCo) is a subsidiary of the Mozilla Foundation , established on August 3, 2005 . She was given the functions of developing and distributing Mozilla Firefox and Mozilla Thunderbird (the development of Mozilla Thunderbird was transferred to Mozilla Messaging from February 14, 2008) [1] . Mozilla Corporation has taken responsibility for release planning, marketing, and distribution . She also manages business relationships. Unlike the Mozilla Foundation , the Mozilla Corporation is a taxpayer, which gives it greater freedom in the management of funds and the choice of activities.
