Biography
Born on November 27, 1915 in the city of Gaysin, Podolsk province of the Russian Empire.
After graduating from high school, in 1932 he came to Moscow, where he studied at the labor faculty at the Pedagogical Institute. Bubnova (now Moscow State Pedagogical University ).
The husband of Leia Borisovna Kizner, one of the inventors of the Katyusha rocket artillery fighting vehicle [2] [3] .
He died in Moscow in 1998 .
