Gretchenko, Anatoly Ivanovich

Born on January 30, 1951 in the village of Stepmother ( Volgograd Region ).

In 1975 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Economics named after G.V. Plekhanov ; 1978 defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of economic sciences; In 1991 he defended his thesis for the degree of Doctor of Economic Sciences. Professor (1993).

In 1989 - 2004 he held the post of Dean of the Russian Academy of Economics named after G.V. Plekhanov; In 2004-2006 he was the head of the research laboratory of the All-Russian State Tax Academy of the Ministry of Finance of Russia. In 2005, on the recommendation of the European Association UNICA, he created the International Institute of Business Training as the Russian center of the Bologna process in UNICA.

The scientific interests of Professor Gretchenko cover a wide range of problems of economic theory and practice, analysis of the state of development and implementation of a multi-level education system and new information technologies in the system of higher economic education in Russia.

Professor Gretchenko A. I. - a well-known scientist in the country and abroad in the field of training specialists with higher economic education. One of the authors of the development of scientific programs: “Peoples of Russia: Revival and Development”, “Higher School of Russia”, “Federal Program for the Development of Education”, “National Doctrine of Education in the Russian Federation”.

He is the author of a series of books and articles on theory, practice, state analysis and problems of the development of higher economic education in Russia.

He made a significant contribution to the development of scientific problems on the federal target program “Scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel of innovative Russia for 2009-2013”.

He created a scientific school, within the framework of which over 80 candidate and 15 doctoral dissertations were defended under his leadership.
