The village covers an area of 38.82 km², there are 4811 residents (according to 2010) [2] . According to 2001 data, 91.5 inhabitants of the village are Hungarians , 8.5% are gypsies [3] .
Location
The village is located about 38 km east of the city of Nyiregyhaza . There is a railway station in the village. Motorway 41 passes through the village. The nearest village is Pustadobosh village.
Famous Natives
- Grezer, Ferenc (1892-1918) - one of the most successful fighter pilots of the air forces of Austria-Hungary in the First World War.
