Content
History
The station opened in 1851. Built according to a standard design (the same was built in Bologom and Tver ) by architect R. A. Zhelyazevich , - an assistant to Konstantin Ton .
Infrastructure
Station Station is located between the tracks. At the station there are 5 passenger platforms: platforms No. 1 and 2 - low, side, platforms No. 3 and 5 - high, island, platform No. 4 - low, island. The platforms are interconnected by a pedestrian bridge.
A locomotive operates at the station (TCHR-19 of the Oktyabrskaya Railway); a carriage depot operated previously. Currently, the depot conducts a full audit of wheel pairs of electric locomotives and diesel locomotives [2] . The historic roundhouse , previously equipped with a turntable, is abandoned.
Movement
As of January 2013, there are 7 commuter trains a day from the station to Moskovsky railway station of St. Petersburg, 3 pairs (one on weekends) to Okulovka station (some of them follow another route number also further, to Bologoe- Moscow
The station has a stop of more than 25 pairs of long-distance trains.
In accordance with the summer schedule of 2014, about 100 trains will proceed daily at the sections adjacent to the station .
