Crypt
After the church was built, the bones of the monks buried there were transferred from the old cemetery of the Order of the Capuchins, which was located in the area of the Trevi Fountain , and placed in the crypt of the church. Gradually, decorative ornaments of all six crypt premises were made of them. In total, the crypts collected the bones of four thousand monks who died between 1528 and 1870. In the fifth hall of the crypt is the skeleton of Princess Barberini , the niece of Pope Sixtus V , who died in childhood. The baroque crypt design served as a prototype of the Sedlec belfry .
