Moscow Publishing and Printing College named after Ivan Fedorov is a secondary vocational educational institution in Moscow , located at 5. Yaroslavskoye Shosse , founded on May 5, 1929 by a decree of the Council of People's Commissars of the RSFSR . Until 1994, it was called a technical school .

MIPK provides training in such specialties as Publishing , Printing Technology , Design , Advertising , Accounting , Packaging Technology and Design , Installation and Maintenance of Printing Equipment , Animation , Printing . Applicants are accepted both on a commercial and budgetary basis, depending on the results of the exams. MIPK does not currently have a cooperation agreement with Moscow State Press University and the University of the Russian Academy of Education .
The college has its own printing house, producing brochures and textbooks.
