Changes and additions to the list of joint-based airfields of the Russian Federation have been repeatedly introduced [3] . In particular, from February 21, 2011, it was allowed to base sports aviation ROSTO (DOSAAF) at the military airfields of Saransk (Lambir), Kholodnogorsk, Kursk (Ryshkovo), Siversky, Sivoritsy, Klin, Pravdinsk, Buzuluk, Chebenki, Bataysk, Rybinsk (Staroselye).
