Khryashchev - Shelaputins (1790s, mid-19th century). The building is in an abandoned condition. The estate belonged to Pyotr Khryashchev, "an eminent merchant and the Moscow city government burgermaster." The main house and side wings were built in the 1790s, simultaneously with the majestic bell tower of the Andronikov Monastery , on the βred lineβ of the premonastery square. The estate is included in Kazakov's Albums . In the 1800s, she passed to the merchant F.A. Shelaputinu. Initially, a two-story building with a belvedere, the house eventually built up to five floors. The courtyard faces rounded risalits with niches-exedras and other forms of the 18th century. The wings have retained their original appearance [4] . In 1997, the Moscow Government included the house in the list of permitted for privatization. Since 1999, the Ministry of Culture of Russia tried to coordinate with the city the transfer of the estate to the Central Museum of Ancient Russian Culture and Art named after Andrei Rublev , located in the Andronikov Monastery , but the museum received only the left wing. Right is privatized by commercial entities. The embassy of Armenia in Russia claimed the Soviet residential building in the courtyard. In 2006, the Moscow Government as an investor entered into a state contract with LLC ComStrin to perform the functions of a technical customer for the restoration of the monument. In 2012, the city hall stopped the project and began a lawsuit on the recognition of the right of ownership of the city of Moscow to the monument. The main house for many years is empty, covered with mesh, decaying [4] . For many years, the estate remained a revealed monument; in August 2016 it received the status of a regional [5] . As part of a future restoration, dismantling of the later floors is desirable. In January 2017, a protection obligation was approved [6] . The Central Museum of Old Russian Culture and Art named after Andrei Rublev claims to build the estate [7] . At the end of 2017, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the museum, the issue of transferring the abandoned Khryaschev estate to the museum was positively resolved to accommodate restoration workshops, a library and other departments.
