Biography
He graduated from the Institute of Civil Engineers of Emperor Nicholas I in 1894 .
After graduation, he worked in the St. Petersburg educational district of the Ministry of Education, creating projects for schools and various charitable institutions. The author of building projects in the center of St. Petersburg , he also built the Sergievsky Real School in Pskov , at home in Porkhov . From 1902 to 1917 he was an architect of the Gatchina Palace Administration. One of its first buildings in Gatchina was a chapel in the old cemetery , in 1907 , under his leadership, the construction of the second stage of the Real School complex continued, in Marienburg Kharlamov built the office of a copper foundry, several mansions in the city. In collaboration with A. A. Baryshnikov, he built the Pokrovsky Cathedral in Gatchina at the compound of the Pyatogorsky Nunnery. From 1909 to 1911 he participated in the construction of a Catholic church in the center of Gatchina.
After the October Revolution, he worked in the Gatchina Palace Museum .
After the outbreak of the Civil War, he joined the White Movement . He fought in the Northwest Army [1] . In 1919 , together with the troops of Yudenich, he went abroad. Nothing is known about the further fate.
