Education
In 1995 he graduated from the Department of Accounting, Control and Analysis of Economic Activities of the Finance and Accounting Department of the Yerevan Institute of National Economy . Economist. PhD in Economics . The topic of the dissertation is “Economic Problems of the Development of Civil Aviation of the Republic of Armenia”.
Career
Since 1990, an accountant in the cooperative "Plumber". Since 1992 - member of the Dashnaktsutyun party. In 1993-1994 - co-author and host of youth music programs on Armenian television. In 1997–2000 - specialist of the 1st category of the tariffing and analysis department, 1st category specialist of the certification and licensing department, then the chief specialist of the Flight Safety Inspectorate of the General Department of Civil Aviation of the Republic of Armenia . In 2000-2001, he was the head of the department for managing the state share of property of the Ministry of State Property Management of Armenia. In 2001-2004 - Head of the Analysis and Development of Strategic Programs Department of the General Directorate of Civil Aviation of the Republic of Armenia. Since 2004 - Economic Affairs Advisor to the Dashnaktsutyun Bureau.
In 2007-2012, he was a deputy of the National Assembly of Armenia . Member of the Dashnaktsutyun Party.
From January 2, 2015 to January 31, 2016 - Member of the Board (Minister) of the Eurasian Economic Commission [1] .
On March 10, 2016, by decree of the President of Armenia, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Control Chamber of the Republic of Armenia.
Lecturer at the State Economic University of Armenia. The author of a number of scientific, journalistic and analytical articles. He has a class rank of civil service adviser of the second class.
