Description and History

It is the twelfth tallest building in the United States , the tallest skyscraper west of Chicago , and the tallest building in California . On the roof of the building is a helipad, which makes it the tallest skyscraper with a helipad on the roof in the world. The height of the object - 310 meters. The skyscraper is in a zone of increased seismic risk, so the project provided a safety margin capable of withstanding an earthquake of magnitude up to 8.0 on the Richter scale .
