Family
Married, has three children.
- E. Stoiber’s daughter Veronika Zass (nee Stoiber) graduated from the University of Constance and in 2008 defended her doctoral dissertation in the specialty “ Law ”. Due to a scam that shocked German society with a plug-in by former German defense minister Karl zu Guttenberg , Veronica's dissertation work also appeared in a series of dissertations that came under suspicion. A significant part of her dissertation turned out to be plagiarism copied from the works of other authors, media publications, as well as Wikipedia. On May 10, 2011, the University of Constance deprived daughter E. Stoiber of the degree and title of Doctor of Law [3] .
