Kreutz , also Kreutz , a more correct version of Kreutz ( Swede. Creutz ) - Swedish and Finnish genus of Swedish origin.

It originates from Lars Marcusson, who lived in the XV century. His fifth-generation descendant Ernst Larsson in 1625 was introduced to the Knights' Assembly of Sweden under the name Kreutz. In 1654 the clan was elevated to baronial dignity. Later, in 1719, one of the branches of the clan received the count's title.
The Finnish branch of the Kreutz was introduced into the noble matrix of the knighthood of Finland in 1818 under number 1.

Emblem Description
The azure shield is crosswise divided into 4 parts by two diagonal silver stripes, and in each part of the shield a pentagonal silver star.
On the shield is a noble helmet with a silver-silver windbreak . Crest: two ostrich feathers and a pentagonal silver star above each of them. The mark on the shield is azure, lined with silver.
