Palazzo Tiepolo was built in the middle of the XVI century on the site of a previously existing building by an unknown architect. The customers of the four-story palace in the early Renaissance style were the noble family of Querini. The main facade is divided by three interfloor cornices . On the ground floor there are paired arched doors for entry from the water and two small arched windows on either side of them. The main second and third floors are decorated with four-part windows with columns and with balconies in the center of the facade. On the sides there are single windows of the same shape, framed by pilasters , but without balconies. The windows of the fourth floor are small, rectangular, the same as in the lucarne on the roof of the building. Rectangular consoles support a protruding roof overhang. The facade was painted with frescoes by Andrea Meldolla depicting scenes of hunting and rural life, some fragments of which are still distinguishable today. The interiors of the palazzo have preserved ceilings with wooden beams and antique parquet , stucco in pastel colors and wall paintings, antique furniture.

In different eras, the palace was owned by the families of Querini, Loredan, Tiepolo. Currently, the building belongs to the old noble family Passy, ​​it rents luxury apartments and rooms for banquets .
