NS skinheads

Initially, a skinhead subculture arose in the UK , in the late 60s of the 20th century. It was apolitical in nature and was closely associated with the English subculture of this period - mods , as well as with the black Jamaican emigrant youth and popular among them music of that time - reggae and, to a lesser extent, ska ^[1] .

NS skinheads appeared by the end of 1982 as a result of political agitation of the leader of the rock group Skrewdriver (which later became a cult for NS skinheads) - Ian Stuart Donaldson and the British National Front ^[1] among apolitical skinheads. Then the Celtic cross was first borrowed as a symbol of their movement, and the image of the NS-skinheads (in the image of the Crusaders ) - the soldiers of the Holy Racial War ( English Racial Holy War ) fighting against the " non-people " - Jews , gypsies , blacks and others, was formed. that is, in a broader sense, all non- Aryans , mainly numerous immigrants from third world countries, as well as homosexuals , drug addicts and left-wing youth.

This image turned out to be very popular in the neo-Nazi movement, and soon similar trends ^[2] appeared in Europe , the USA . In the post - Soviet space, the Nazi skinhead subculture first appeared in the Baltic countries in the late 1980s. Many of them were proud of relatives who fought in the Waffen-SS against the USSR . As a reference to Nazi Germany, many of the skinheads wore special denim caps that resembled SS caps ^[3] . At the turn of the 1990s, after the collapse of the USSR , a subculture of NS skinheads entered Russia .

• NS skinheads position themselves as a "national liberation movement " and fight for the ideas of superiority of the white race (or "Aryan race") , while striving for racial separatism .
• NS skinheads are extreme racists , anti-Semites and xenophobes , opponents of illegal immigration , racially mixed marriages, sexual deviations , homosexuality . • NS skinheads consider themselves defenders of the interests of the working class, in some cases motivating this by the fact that visitors occupy jobs. This point is far from the most important in the ideology of neo-Nazis in general and, in particular, of NS-skinheads, gradually disappearing.
• A special cult of the skinheads exists around the personality of Hitler and some other leaders of the Nazi movement ( Rudolf Hess and others).
• Nationalism in the ideology of the NS skinheads gives way to the ideas of racial superiority, the struggle against other races or isolation from them. The same thing happened in the ideology of the NSDAP, where it was believed that a race was more important than a nation, and nations, in turn, constituted a race, in their case the Aryan, which were to unite and form an Aryan empire .
• Some NS skinheads contrast the Führer principle of German authoritarianism with the principle of “resistance without leaders” (a democratic option “for whites”), but nevertheless most neo-Nazi organizations have their own Führer .
• There is no clear definition of the “generally accepted” religion among the skinheads of the National Assembly, as well as any division among them according to religious criteria. De facto, many NS skinheads are agnostics or even atheists. . However, a significant number show great interest in German-Scandinavian mythology and paganism , especially in reconstructed pagan beliefs in the form of neopagan movements, as well as in the occult side of Nazism, which included pagan elements. In addition, there are groups of NS skinheads professing Orthodoxy in Russia, while the rest are extreme opponents of Christianity and Orthodoxy in particular, since Jesus Christ is a Jew , and Christianity arose in the context of the messianic movements of Judaism , which cannot get along with the Nazi ideology, which is inalienable part of which is anti-Semitism . In some other countries, NS skinheads oppose Christianity and rank it as the so-called Judeo - Christianity , highlighting with this name the direct connection between Judaism and Christianity. A small part of the NS skinheads belongs to the Islamists (in Europe , for example, David Woolston ) ^[14] , since their intolerance towards Christianity and Judaism is known ^[15] , hence the love for radical Islam , in which to some extent there is a confrontation with Christianity and Zionism .
• Of importance for the NS-skinheads is the image of the SS man , which partially influenced the image of the NS-skinheads themselves. Mystically in their movement is perceived the “black order" of the SS itself, created in turn by the type of medieval knightly orders , mainly the Templars ^[16] .
• Being participants in the right-wing movement, the NS-skinheads are supporters of extreme measures with the use of violence (usually in a particularly cruel form), which is usually interpreted as extremism. Many of them are close to the idea of revolution , that is, a coup d'etat with the goal of establishing a national socialist regime.

Of particular importance in terms of music for NS skinheads is its ideological content. Like traditional skinheads , from the music, NS skinheads prefer Oi! but otherwise their musical tastes are very different. They like some metal styles: National Socialist Black Metal , Pagan Metal , Folk Metal and Viking Metal . Rock against communism and heytkor gained great popularity among them, and NS skinheads like to listen to German marches of the Third Reich and Nazi Punk . NS skinheads dislike rap and hip-hop culture. ^[17]

The appearance of NS skinheads partially repeats the appearance of traditional skinheads with the addition of a militaristic style:

Russian ns-skinheads prefer to use Slavic symbols instead of the symbols of the Third Reich, for example, Slavic runes , kolovrat, etc. During events such as the Russian march , Russian ns-skinheads often use the black and yellow-white flag of the Russian Empire or Slavic flags Kolovrat ^[19] . As for musical preferences, Russian NS skinheads prefer Russian NS music, among the Russian NS skinheads the RAC group Kolovrat is very popular.
