Youth
Jason Taylor was born in Los Angeles , California to the mother of a black woman Lynette Baker and father George Taylor, whose ancestors were Spaniards and Indians . After his elder sister accused his father of sexual harassment, their family split up and Jason lived in a foster family in Carson, a suburb of Los Angeles (located directly southwest of Compton) for eight years. When Jason was thirteen, his mother again received custody, and he teamed up with his family in Compton. The following years, he spent in the area controlled by the Crips gang , known as Santana Block, however, he subsequently became a member of the Bloods gang. Taylor also stated that his parents were in the ranks of the Crips . After graduating from Compton High School, Taylor studied at the University of Washington for a short time with a scholarship given to members of the basketball team. However, he flew out in the first semester for having found drugs. And since then he has completely plunged into street life and engaged in drug trafficking. At eighteen, he began supporting his stepbrother Big Fase 100, who was the leader of the Cedar Block Pirus gang. In 2001, in an unsuccessful drug deal, Taylor received five gunshot wounds: in the heart, stomach, both arms and leg. After the shootout, Taylor spent three days in a coma and, in the process of recovery, decided to start a career in the rap industry.
Musical career
Start
Studying well-known rap albums, Game developed his own strategy for becoming a rapper and, with the help of his half-brother Big Fase 100, founded the record label The Black Wall Street Records. Initially, artists like Glasses Malone, Vita, Nu Jerzey Devil and Game itself were signed to this label. His stage name was invented by his grandmother, who gave him this nickname, because she believed that he always willingly agreed to different things, was ready for anything (was always “Game” for everything). Game first gained fame when he attended the hip hop summit hosted by Russell Simmons and Louis Farrakhan, presenting their first mixtape You Know What It Is Vol. 1. in 2002 , after which he recorded on the independent label Get Low Recordz, which is owned by JT the Bigga Figga. Initially, Sean Combs from Bad Boy Records was about to sign it on his label, but the Game record fell into the hands of well-known producer Dr. Dre , who signed his own label - Aftermath Entertainment . To capitalize on the increased focus on his own personality, Game continued to record music. In October 2004, he released his first Untold Story album, recorded on Get Low Recordz, which sold 82,000 copies in the first three months. Artists such as Sean T, Young Noble and JT the Bigga Figga took part in the creation of the album. Game also appeared on various DJs such as DJ Kayslay, DJ Whoo Kid and DJ Clue. Game also released the second mixtape You Know What It Is Vol. 2 through his own label, and also appeared in the NBA Live 2005 video game in a Fredwreck producer song called Can't Stop Me .
Aftermath Entertainment Debut
The Game was signed to Aftermath Entertainment in 2003. The next 2 years he worked on the album The Documentary, when on January 18, 2005 the long-awaited project was released, 600,000 discs were sold in the first week.
Doctor's Advocate
The second album was released on November 14, 2006. “Recording this album was very easy,” says the rapper. “I knew exactly what to do.” On the first album, they say, they helped me a lot with what - the Dre beats, and even 50 says that he helped me compose, although this is not so. And so I tried so that no one could cling to my success. This is the concept of the album - it was produced by me, this is my album. This is not Zakos under Dre, not Zakos under 50, this is Game. It will be wild and unkempt. ” [1]
LAX
The third album was released by Geffen Records in August 2008. The album was recorded by producers JRRotem, Jelly Roll, Cool & Dre, Nottz, DJ Toomp, Scott Storch, Kanye West , Hi-Tek, and DMX , Ice Cube , Raekwon , Lil 'Wayne , Bilal, Ludacris , Ne-Yo, Chrisette Michele, Raheem DeVaughn, Common, Travis Barker , Keyshia Cole , Nas .
The RED Album
The album was released on August 24, 2011 via DGC Records and Interscope Records . The dates of December 2009, February, March, June, July and August 2010 were put forward. “RED is just rededicated, re-dedicated,” says The Game. - Dedicated to what? To my family, my craft — hip-hop, my fans — who are all over the world, my children, my quarter, my city and my colors. Before me there was no red (the colors of the Bloods gang, blue - the color of the Crips competing with it). There was Snoop, everyone was dancing crip-walking. But people accepted me and where I came from. I suppose now even Crips wear red. ” [2]
Jesus Piece
The album [3] was released on December 11, 2012 as a guest of Lil Wayne, Big Sean, Wiz Khalifa, Tyga, Chris Brown and others. In advance of the album, a weekly free music release called “Sunday Service” began. “The essence of the album is simple,” says Game. - Look, we all wear a bling with the image of Christ, but I'm not sure that everyone believes in Jesus. It has become a trend, another fashion trend. I’m talking about this: how can you spend 50 mowers on a chain, but not go to church and donate at least a hundred there? There are songs on the album where I talk about my relationship with the church. I go there, I believe in God and Christ. My girlfriend has long given me the Bible. I got one more from my grandmother. It’s clear that I don’t read it every day. I take her to church with me, but when I look around, I understand that most of these people are no better than me. I drink, smoke, go to strip clubs. Having fun, but I believe in God. It turns out that in the church next to me is a bunch of hypocrites. They sin as much as ordinary people. On the album I read about real faith. I contrast Christian believers with street boys who believe in God far more than church parishioners. ”
Tattoos
The Game has many tattoos on its body, and the Eazy-E is tattooed on its right forearm. Under it is a cemetery with tombstones, gravestone inscriptions read: 2Pac, Jam Master Jay & Eazy-E. He has a tear under his left eye, a tattoo with the inscription “HCT 6 30 03” behind his left ear, which is a reference to the name and date of birth of his eldest son. On the left side of his neck he has the The Game logo and a black Wallstreet logo underneath. Under the right eye was a butterfly tattoo (symbol of rebirth), but it was blocked by the LA Dodgers logo, with red stars around it. Under his right ear is the Converse All-Star logo and below him is the CBP which symbolizes the Cedar Block Piru. On the top of the chest is the inscription “Hate It Or Love It”. On the right side of the chest is the abbreviation of the cult group NWA. On the left side of the chest is a bandana. On the stomach, the inscription "Stretch" is the Game’s nickname given to him because of his high growth. On his right shoulder he has KJ, in addition - Tupac Shakur in the role of an angel. On the bottom of the right forearm is the inscription “Wallstreet”. On his right hand is a tribute to his late friend Billboard. He has Chuck on his right hand, while Taylor on his left, is a reference to Chuck Taylor. On the lower part of his left forearm, he has a dove and above - a clown. On the left elbow is the logo of his shoe line The Hurricanes and under it “G-UNOT” - a link to his feud with 50 Cent and G-Unit. “When I was in the eighth grade I got a tattoo for the first time,” the musician says. “But not all of my first tattoos can be seen right now.” When you get older, you understand that these tattoos are bad, you start to do real work with real masters and cover the old stuff. My first tattoo was on my right hand - a man with a globe in his hands. My right hand is a tribute hand. There are several rappers who have left us: Eazy-E, Big Pun, Biggie, Jam Master Jay. My grandmother told me that a tattoo is not so bad, because the skin is just a costume that the Lord gave you to wear while you are on the ground. And when you die, hand him back, so you can write anything on yourself. This, of course, is an abnormal metaphor, but if someone calls my granny abnormal, he will have problems ” [4] .

In 2005, he starred in the video for the song "Road to Zion" performed by Damian Marley feat. Nas . With the participation of 310 Motoring has its own brand of shoes The Hurricanes [5] .

I spend a lot of time with them and I am primarily a father, this is not outweighed by any hip-hop. The next album can be in a year, in two, and in six months, but the children always need me and I will always be with them ” [7] . For a long time I was with Tiffany Cambridge (a primary school teacher), at the beginning of 2015 the couple broke up.
