size

size - a unix utility that displays section size information for object files of a regular format. Three numbers are displayed: the sizes in bytes of the instruction section, the data section, and the uninitialized data section, and then their sum.

Usage

  • size [-o] [-x] [-V] file ...

By default, decimal numbers are returned. You can use the -o and -x options to output in octal and hexadecimal format, respectively.
