Akershus [3] [4] ( Norwegian. Akershus ) - one of the Norwegian fühlke . Bordered by Oslo , Hedmark , Buskerud , Oppland and Estfall . The municipalities of Asker and Berum are exclaves of Akershus, located between Oslo and Buskerud. Akershus is Norway’s second most populous country after Oslo, with a tenth of the country's population living here. Local authorities are located in Oslo , although this city is not administratively part of the Akershus fülk.

Akershus is divided into three regions: Fullu (southeastern part), Rumerike and the western region (Asker and Berum). The status of cities have Lillestrom , Sannvika , Shea and Drebak .
Akershus is home to Oslo Gardermoen International Airport and Osu University of Environmental Sciences and Biosphere .
