Biography
Born on July 26, 1954 in the Kustanai region.
In 1982 he graduated from the economics department of the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography ( Moscow ), in 1987 he was retrained at the Moscow Institute of National Economy. Plekhanov specialty "organizer of logistics". Candidate of Economic Sciences.

In 1996 he was appointed first deputy akim of Akmola region .
