Ludwig Papikovich Garibdzhanyan ( Armenian Լյուդվիգ Ղարիբջանյան , ( August 24, 1922 , Yerevan - December 13, 2011 , Yerevan ) - Armenian Soviet political, public and statesman.
- 1930 - 1940 - high school to them. M. Gorky.
- 1940 - 1945 - History Department of Yerevan State University. In 1951 he graduated from the graduate school of the same university.
- 1960 - defended his thesis, has the title of assistant professor.
- Since 1943 - member of the CPSU .
- 1942 - 1944 - worked as chairman of the trade union committee of Yerevan State University.
- 1944 - 1951 - was the secretary of the Komsomol committee of the Yerevan Medical Institute, the first secretary of the Kirov District Committee and the Yerevan City Committee of the Young Communist League of the Armenian SSR .
- 1951 - 1954 - worked as a secretary of the university party committee, secretary of the Yerevan city party committee, instructor and responsible organizer of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Armenia .
- 1954 - 1957 - First Secretary of the Spandaryan District Committee of the Communist Party of Armenia .
- 1957 - 1961 - was again elected secretary of the party committee of Yerevan State University.
- 1961 - 1966 - worked as second secretary, and from February 1966 to May 1975 - first secretary of the Yerevan city committee of the Communist Party of Armenia .
- 1975 - 1989 - was the Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Armenian SSR .
- Since 1946 - part-time worked as a laboratory assistant, assistant, senior lecturer and associate professor in the departments of Marxism , Leninism and History of the CPSU Medical Institute and YSU.
- 1982 - elected Acting Professor of the Department of History of the CPSU .
- 1954 - 1958 - was a candidate member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Armenia .
- 1966 - 1976 - was a member of the Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Armenia , a deputy of the Supreme Council of the USSR (from 1966 to 1979 ).
- He was awarded four orders of the Red Banner of Labor , the Order of Friendship of Peoples (08/20/1986), medals and diplomas of the Supreme Council of the Armenian SSR and the Central Committee of the Komsomol.
