Biography
Nikolay Ilyich Oznobishin was born in 1798 in the family of Captain 1st Rank Ilya Ivanovich Oznobishin . In 1816 he began his service in the Life Guards Finnish Regiment , in which he served for about twenty years and as part of which he completed the Turkish campaign of 1828-1829.
For the differences shown in the cases against the Turks in this campaign, he was awarded the Order of St.. Anna 3rd degree and of sv. Vladimir 4th degree.
On December 6, 1834, Oznobishin was promoted to colonel and transferred to the Life-Guards Volynsky Regiment , but he did not remain in this regiment for long, as he received the command of the Ryazan Regiment , and then the Kazan Infantry Regiment .
In 1838, he left military service and decided on the Ministry of Finance , with the renaming into state councilors.
In 1844, already in the rank of a full state adviser, Oznobishin was counted among the Ministry of the Interior , and he was assigned to obvrezhivat all the agencies of that department in the Penza province .
On March 8, 1845, Oznobishin was appointed by the Poltava civil governor and remained in this position until his death, which followed August 13, 1853, in the town of Pereyaslavl of the Poltava province from cholera .
