Biography
Born on April 28, 1949 in the city of Pavlodar .
He graduated from the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute named after V.I. Lenin ( 1972 ), engineer-economist. He worked in the specialty at the Institute of Economics under the State Planning Commission of the Republic, and taught at the institute.
He was appointed to senior positions in government bodies of the Karaganda region, at various times held the positions of head of the main tax inspection of the Ministry of Finance, first deputy minister, chairman of the State Tax Committee of the republic, chairman of the tax committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was akim of Karaganda region [1] .
