Biography
Born November 18, 1937 in Moscow .
In 1960, he graduated from the acting department of the Moscow Art Theater School , where he studied on the same course as Vladimir Vysotsky , Georgy Epifantsev , Valentin Nikulin , V. Popov . Artistic Director of the Course P. V. Massalsky [1] . After graduating from the acting faculty, he entered the graduate school of the acting department of the Moscow Art Theater School and at the same time began teaching. In the same period, Yalovich also worked in the Sovremennik Theater, on the stage of which he performed several notable roles.
In 1964, together with fellow students, Yalovich organized the Moscow Youth Theater. In 1967, the theater was closed.
In 1967 - 1970, at the invitation of Anatoly Efros, he worked as a director in Lenkom , where he staged two performances.
In 1970 - 1972 he worked at the A.S. Pushkin Moscow Theater, where he released the play "The Blue Vein of Aphrodite" based on the play by M. Ancharov .
In 1974, Yalovich opened the Dreamer Theater at the Central House of Artists in Moscow . After a short time, all performances were banned, and the theater was closed. At the same time, from 1957 to 1984, Yalovich led amateur, experimental, and student theaters, where he staged about fifty performances.
Gennady Mikhailovich - co-author of the script for the musical Timur vs. Kvakin (the script was co-written with Timur Gaidar ) [2] .
Since 1978, Yalovich worked in Moscow concert organizations, staged pop programs, the puppet show “Everything is like people”, who won prizes at festivals in Poland and Sweden, but was banned for showing in the USSR. In the period from 1984 to 1986, he staged three performances at the Moscow Art Theater and the Pushkin Theater. In 1991, at the Moscow Theater. Stanislavsky Yalovich played the role of Stenborg in the play “Fortenbras was drunk” by Y. Glovatsky (director R. Kozak ).
From 1989 to 1991, Yalovich was the founder and artistic director of the Moscow Album Theater, on the stage of which he staged six performances. After the theater closed, a heart attack occurred with Gennady Mikhailovich, he suffered fourteen clinical deaths in a row. Despite this, he was able to fully recover and return to duty.
Since 1992, Yalovich is the artistic director of the Theater Association of Artists of the Moscow Art Theater, where he worked until his death.
Died March 6, 2002 . He was buried at the Nikolo-Arkhangelsk cemetery [3] .
