Biography

  • 1967-1972 - worked as a senior technician in the Yerevan long-distance telephone exchange of the Ministry of Communications of the Armenian SSR .

  • 1972-1984 - engineer in the trust "Armsvyazstroy" of the Ministry of Communications of the Armenian SSR, foreman, head of the special construction and installation department, managing the trust.
  • 1984-1987 - was the director of the Yerevan association "Auto Maintenance".
  • 1987-1989 - Head of the Department of the Housing and Communal Services Department of the Yerevan District Council of 26 Commissioners.
  • 1989-1992 - Director of the Gyumri Association.
  • 1992-1999 - Director of the Ardinpeks association of the Ministry of Industry of Armenia .
  • 1999-2000 - was Minister of Post and Telecommunications of Armenia.
