Biography
Born in 1951.
After graduating in 1974, the Karaganda Medical Institute, specializing in sanitary doctor, settles in the Kirov District Sanitary and Epidemiological Station of Taldy-Kurgan Region as the head of the sanitary department, then is appointed as the chief doctor, in whose position he worked until 1981.
In 1981 - 1987 - instructor of the regional committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan.
In 1987 - 1988 - Deputy Chairman of the Taldy-Kurgan City Executive Committee.
In 1988 - 1989 - instructor, responsible organizer of the Taldy-Kurgan regional party committee.
In 1989 - 1991, he was an instructor in the Alma-Ata Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan.
From 1991 to 1994, he held the position of chief state sanitary doctor of the Almaty region .
From 1994 to 1996 - Deputy Minister of Health, Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From August 1996 to September 2006 - Head of the Medical Center of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From September 20, 2006 to November 20, 2008 - Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
July 27, 2009 was appointed Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Married. Has two children.
