Yuhua (Yue Hwa; Chinese: 裕华 大厦 , Pinyin : Yùhuá dàshà , Yuhua Dasha ) is a historic building located at the corner of Eu Tong Sen and Upper Cross in Chinatown, Singapore .

This building was built in 1936 as a hotel for wealthy visitors ( boutique hotel ). After construction, Yuhua was the tallest building in Chinatown and the first building with an elevator . In 1959, the building changed its owner and appointment - now it is a shopping complex.
