The flag of the Kemerovo region is the official distinguishing mark of the Kemerovo region as a subject of the Russian Federation . The flag of the RSFSR of 1954 was chosen as the basis of the flag.

Description
“ The flag of the Kemerovo region is a rectangular banner of red color with a blue stripe along the flagpole over the entire width of the flag, which is one third of the length.
In the upper part of the blue strip in the middle is the coat of arms of the Kemerovo region .
The ratio of the width of the flag to its length is 2: 3. ” [one]
