Reverse Transcriptase
Reverse transcriptase was discovered by Howard Temin at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, [1] and independently by David Baltimore in 1970 at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology . [2] Both researchers received the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 1975 in conjunction with Renato Dulbecco .
