Biography
Born in 1909 in the village of Bolshaya Kamenka. Member of the CPSU.
Since 1930 - on economic, social and political work. In 1930 - 1982 - livestock specialist of the Zarya collective farm of the Kirov region of the Kyrgyz Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, deputy head of the department, chief livestock specialist of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz SSR, in the apparatus of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan, deputy head of the agricultural department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan, deputy secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan for agriculture, head of the agricultural department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan , Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz SSR, First Secretary of the Talas Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan, Head of the Agricultural Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan, Deputy Minister of Agriculture Irgiz SSR, Head of Kyrgyzptitseprom Department.
