Qualification
55 out of 54 national teams will take part in the qualifying tournament (except Estonia, the hostess of the tournament, who received automatic qualification), who will compete for 15 places in the final tournament [2] . The qualifying tournament consists of two parts: the qualification round, which will be held in the fall of 2019, and the elite round, which will be held in the spring of 2020 [3] .
