Wen Hou (Jin Kingdom, Chunqiu era)

Jin Wen-hou (晉文 侯) is the eleventh ruler of the Jin kingdom during the Chunqiu era, named Ji Chow (姬 仇). The eldest son is Mu Hou . He should have inherited the throne after his father, if not for the younger brother of Mu-hou - Shang-shu , seizing power and proclaiming himself ruler. Wen-hou had to flee, but four years later he attacked Shang-shu, killed him and rose to power himself. He ruled for 35 years ( 781 BC - 746 BC ). After Weng Hou’s death, the throne was succeeded by his son Zhao Hou
