Armhi resort is a ski resort located in the mountainous part of Ingushetia, in the village of Armhi.
The resort has 2 ski slopes with a total length of 1,400 m, equipped with chair and drag lifts and artificial lighting. There is a hotel complex located in a picturesque pine forest, medical complexes, swimming pools, cafes, restaurants and guest houses. In 2016, it became the venue for the Russian Downhill Championship, and in 2019 - the republican athletics competitions.

Location
The resort is located near the village of Armhi , which is part of the Dzheyrakhsky rural settlement , on the left bank of the Armkhi river. The nearest settlements are the village of Beini , the village of Lyazhgi and the district center of Dzheyrakh.
From Nazran or Vladikavkaz to the resort can be reached by car or regular bus in 1-2 hours, from Magas by car in 1 hour.
Ski resort development
The history of the resort began after a regional expedition in 1925, which explored the Dzheyrakh Gorge and confirmed its value for the organization of a high-altitude hospital. In 1926, funds were allocated to Ingushetia, medical equipment, medicines and medical teams. In Armhi, a mountain road was built through cliffs with a length of 7 km, the building of a sanatorium and consumer services, water supply was laid and a forest pine zone was landscaped.
On June 15, 1928, the resort was officially opened.
In 1944, the resort of Armhi was transferred to the Georgian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic and renamed to “Daryal”. And in 1958 he was transferred to the Ministry of Health of the Chechen-Ingush Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic and returned to its previous name. Development funds were no longer allocated, and the resort fell into decay. In 1980 he was transferred to the Urengoygaz enterprise, which decided to destroy the complex.
The revival of the resort began in 1998. The Turkish company Summa built a seven-story hotel with all modern attributes: a conference room, a fitness room, a pool and a spa. The complex was named "Dzheyrah" and in 1999 took the first vacationers.
In 2008, the resort was returned to its former name. And in 2012, it became a ski resort: a ski run, a cable car and an outdoor pool were built.
Infrastructure
LOC Armhi are located in the mountainous part of Ingushetia. The resort has coniferous and deciduous forests, sources of drinking water and ancient tower complexes.
Vacationers at the disposal of Armkhi and Seagull hotels, guest houses. cafes and restaurants, pools and hospitals. At an altitude of 1520 m, 2 ski slopes of different difficulty levels were built. The slopes are equipped with an artificial snowmaking system, artificial lighting and lifts.
Here is the longest wooden staircase in Russia - the "Health Ladder", consisting of 1780 steps.
Outdoor activities
On the resort’s base there is a shooting range of the Gorets sports club, and here is the largest paintball field - the Brest club. There is a rope city for children and adults in Armhi, the routes of which are laid through the forest and over the ski slope. The resort is equipped with a professional base jumping track with trampolines, road gaps and other obstacles.
