Description
The emblem is an image on a white-green shield of a golden circle , acting as a solar sign and personifying the perfection of the world, the image of the universe, the earth and a separate tribal tribe in which the triad is enclosed, white. The triad - the most striking and characteristic element of the ornament of the pre-Baikal Buryats, acts as a movement. On the four sides of the circle are gold circles, as an image of the four cardinal points. The center of the "triad" is combined with the center of the great circle.
The heraldic description of the coat of arms reads: βIn the silver and green shield, beveled to the right, there is a golden bezant (ball, circle) accompanied by four small bezants in a cross and burdened with a silver triad - a luminary about three rays in the form of waves running in the direction opposite to the direction of the sun; one of the rays is turned to the right. " The heraldic right side corresponds to the left side of the viewer. The so-called "move of the sun" is the reverse of the clockwise movement.
Interpretation of colors
The heraldic colors of the coat of arms mean:
- white - the space of heaven, the perfect emptiness from which the universe is born, the whiteness of milk, the impulse to development, a sacred, divine color used for rites of purification and healing.
- green - the color of immortality and nature itself, a symbol of resurrection and renewal, symbolizes the unique flora and fauna, forest wealth of the district.
- gold - the wealth of the region, sunlight, the color of happiness and prosperity.
