Born in 1907 in Aleksandrovsk. Member of the CPSU.

Since 1929 - on economic, social and political work. In 1929 - 1970 - platoon, company, battalion commander in the rifle troops, commander of the rifle regiment, chief of staff of the division, World War II participant, assistant chief, chief of operations department, chief of staff of the 8th army, chief of staff of the Volga Military District, senior lecturer of the Military Academy of the General Staff .

He died in Moscow in 2000.
