Biography
Born in 1905 in Saratov. Member of the CPSU since 1927.
Since 1919 - on economic, social and political work. In 1919 - 1961 - locksmith in Saratov, the Komsomol and party worker in the Astrakhan district, the head of the mine, the chief engineer of the Kopeiskugol trust, the secretary of the Chelyabinsk regional committee of the CPSU (b), the secretary, the second secretary of the Nikolaev regional committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine, the secretary, the second secretary of the Osh regional committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan, deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Kyrgyz SSR, Deputy Chairman, Chairman of the Kyrgyz Economic Council.
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR of the 3rd and 4th convocations, and of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 5th convocation.
He died in Frunze in 1978.
