Installation Technology
Detailed instructions on installation work are indicated in the work design [~ 2] .
- Installation of building construction is divided into a number of processes [~ 3]
- preparation of elements for lifting;
- enlarged assembly of elements supplied in parts;
- checking the condition of the structure;
- installation of scaffolds for the work of installers at height;
- slinging (the process of linking the structure with slings to metal loops) of structures;
- lifting, installation and temporary fixing of structures;
- fixing the structure to the design position:
The technology for performing these processes depends on the design being installed.
- Before lifting the mounting structure, check
- compliance with its design brand;
- condition of embedded products and installation marks, absence of extraneous elements (dirt, snow), damage to the primer and paint;
- the availability of necessary materials and devices at the workplace;
- verification of fastenings of load gripping devices. [~ 4]
