Biography
Murat Izbergenovich was born in 1950 in the village of Zharmysh in the Mangistau region of the Mangistau region.
In 1972 he graduated from the Kazakh State Polytechnic Institute. IN AND. Lenin , specialty "Technology and complex mechanization of the development of oil and gas fields", qualification - mining engineer.
In 2001 he graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Kazakh State Academy of Management with a degree in economist - financier.
