The heraldic description of the coat of arms of the Tver region reads:
“In a scarlet ( red ) shield on a gold two-step foot (step) of the same color, a throne (princely table) without armrests with a high back; on a seat on a green pillow with gold jewelry and tassels - Monomakh hat . ”
