Yuriy Grigoryevich Garbuz ( Ukrainian Yuriy Grigoryevich Garbuz ; born November 18, 1971 , town of Melovoy, Melovsky District, Lugansk Region ) - Ukrainian statesman, People's Deputy of Ukraine of the VIII convocation (2014-2016), chairman of the Lugansk Regional Military-Civil Administration from 29 April 2016 to November 22, 2018.

Biography
Born on November 18, 1971 , town. Melovoy, Melovsky district, Lugansk region .
After graduating from school from September to November 1989, he worked as a senior pioneer leader of the Dibrovskaya incomplete secondary school in the Melovsky district of the Luhansk region, from November 1989 he served in the Soviet Army .
From August 1990 to August 1991, he worked as a teacher and labor of the Zhuravsky incomplete secondary school of the Melovsky district of the Luhansk region.
In 1992 he founded the farm "Garbuz Yu. G." and became its chairman; in 1993, the Association of farms "Hope".
In November 1999 he founded the equestrian theater, which in 2003 received the status of a regional communal institution called “Cossack equestrian theater”, from October 2003 to April 2005 he was the director of the Lugansk regional communal enterprise “Cossack equestrian theater”.
In 2000 he graduated from the Lugansk Cooperative College with a degree in Accountant.
From March 2005 to May 2006, he served as chairman of the Markov District State Administration of Lugansk Region.
In 2006 he graduated from Lugansk National Agrarian University with a degree in Organization Management, and received the qualification of manager-economist.
From May 2006 to November 2010 he was chairman of the Markovsky District Council.
From January to April 2014, he held the post of head of the Melovsky District State Administration.
In the early parliamentary elections of 2014, he was elected People's Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the VIII convocation in the constituency No. 114 of the Lugansk region, was self-nominated, received 25.56% of the vote among 41 candidates. In parliament, he was a member of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc faction, was the deputy head of the Committee on the Prevention and Combating of Corruption.
