Biography
Born on November 10, 1964 in the urban-type village of Trostyanets, Vinnytsia Region .
After graduating from school from September to November 1982, he worked as a student of a turner at the Trostyanetsky regional association "Agricultural equipment" of the Vinnitsa region. From November 1982 to September 1984 he served in the Soviet Army .
In 1989 he graduated from the Vinnitsa branch of the Ukrainian Agricultural Academy , in 1994 he graduated from the graduate school of the Institute of Economics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine , defended his thesis on “Competition as a condition for the efficient operation of enterprises in a market economy”.
From 1994 to 1996, he worked as deputy chairman of the Vinnitsa regional territorial branch of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine , from 1996 to 1998 he was a consultant to the organizational department of the secretariat of the Vinnitsa regional state administration , from July to October 1998 - head of the information and analytical department of the secretariat of the Vinnitsa Regional State Administration.
From 1998 to 1999, he was the first deputy head of the Main Directorate for Economics and Property of the Vinnitsa Regional State Administration, from 1999 to 2000, the head of the Main Directorate of Economics of the Vinnitsa Regional State Administration, from 2000 to 2006, Deputy Chairman of the Vinnitsa Regional State Administration, from May 2006 to July 2010. of the year - First Deputy Chairman of the Vinnitsa Regional State Administration.
From September 2010 to July 2011 he worked as chairman of the Supervisory Board of KMT CJSC, from July 14, 2011 he was Deputy Vinnitsa Mayor.
He was elected a deputy of the Vinnitsa Regional Council .
February 27, 2015 was appointed Acting Chairman of the Vinnitsa Regional State Administration [2] .
