Mazaz ( Armenian Մազազ, Փոքր Աժդահակ , Azhdahak [1] [2] [3] , Karmirsar, Armenian Կարմիրսար , Kyzyldag [4] - red mountain) - an extinct stratovolcano in Armenia 3087 meters above sea level [2] [4 ] ] , the top of the Geghama Range , on the border of the Gegharkunik and Kotayk regions , southeast of the cities of Lernanist (Verin Akhta) and Hrazdan , north of the volcanoes of Sevkatar and Azhdahak (3597 m) [5] , east of the volcano Gutanasar .
