Biography

Confessions of the Orthodox. He graduated from the Alekseevskoye Real School in Yekaterinburg . He studied at the Institute of Civil Engineers of Emperor Nicholas I (1892-1898). Listed in 22 place out of 66 graduates in seniority received at the final exam points. Granted upon graduation the title of civil engineer with the right to the rank of X class . [one]

He served at the Technical Construction Committee of the Ministry of the Interior (1899-1903). Publisher of the magazine "Homeowner" (1906-1908), together with the architect A. F. Baranovsky . According to the designs of P.N. Batuev, about 50 houses were built in St. Petersburg. [2]
