Voskschenice-Duzhe ( Polish: Woskrzenice Duże ) is a village in the Biała county of the Lublin Voivodeship of Poland . It is part of the commune of Biala Podlaska . According to the 2011 census, 472 people lived in the village [1] .

Geography
The village is located in eastern Poland, west of the Krzna River, about 8 kilometers east of the town of Biala Podlask , the administrative center of the county. The absolute height is 143 meters above sea level [2] . To the south of the village runs the national highway 2 .
History
At the end of the 18th century, the village was part of the Beresteysky district of the Beresteysky voivodship of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania [3] .
According to the "Reference Book of the Siedlec Province for 1875," the village was part of the Sidorka commune of the Bielski Uyezd in the Siedlec Province . In the period from 1975 to 1998 was part of the Bialskopodlaskie Voivodeship .
