Kharsayim is a village in the Ural region of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug of Russia . It is part of the rural settlement of Aksarkovsky . It was founded in 1937 . Located halfway between Salekhard and Aksarka on the high right bank of the Ob .
