Biography
He graduated from the Kutaisi classical gymnasium. Studied at the law faculty of Moscow University . As a student, he became a member of the Russian Social Democratic Party and actively participated in the 1905 revolutionary movement in Moscow.
After graduation, he returned to Tiflis, worked for Veikil Corporation, at the same time conducted propaganda work, and was the organizer of illegal social democratic groups.
After the February Revolution of 1917, he worked on the Executive Committee of the Council of Workers 'and Soldiers' Deputies in Tiflis, was elected a member of the Tbilisi Committee of the Social Democratic Labor Party of Georgia.
In December 1917, he was one of the organizers of the National Guard of Georgia, took the post of chief of staff.
Elected member of the Constituent Assembly of Georgia on March 12, 1919 according to the list of the Social Democratic Labor Party of Georgia; He was a member of the Military Commission.
In 1921, after the Sovietization of Georgia, he left the country and lived in exile in France.
He struggled with asthma for many years, died on December 23, 1937 in Paris after a long illness.
He was buried in the Leuville cemetery .
