Biography
Born in 1924 in Batum. Member of the CPSU since 1948.
Member of the Great Patriotic War, assistant detective of the 1st division of the 4th department (front-line) of the UNKGB in the Lviv region, deputy commander of a partisan detachment. Since 1945 - on economic, social and political work. In 1945 - 1989 - Assistant Operations Officer of the UNKGB in the Transcarpathian Region, Deputy Head, Head of the 3rd Division of the Office of the KGB Commissioner for Coordination and Liaison with the MGB of the GDR, Head of Division, Deputy Head of the Department "C", PSU of the KGB under the Council of Ministers of the USSR, Chairman of the KGB of the Armenian SSR.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the USSR of the 10th and 11th convocations.
Killed in Yerevan in 1993.
