Inshan ( Chinese р 上 , pinyin : Yǐngshàng ) is a county of Fuyang City, Anhui Province ( PRC ).

History
The county was formed during the Sui Empire in 606.
In April 1949, Fuyang Special District (阜阳 专区) was formed, and the county became part of it. In 1970, Fuyang Special District was renamed Fuyang District (阜阳 地区).
In 1996, by the decision of the State Council of the PRC, Fuyang County was transformed into an urban district.
