Bulgaria Rugby League Team - Bulgaria's national sports team competing in international rugby league competitions. He will compete in the Balkan Cup. The team is managed by the Bulgarian Rugby League Federation, whose president is Tikhomir Simeonov [1] .

A Brief History
In Bulgaria, traditional rugby 15 has always been more popular, the national team of which appeared in 1963. September 10, 2016 in Sofia was the first rugby match between the teams Lokomotiv (Sofia) and Radnichki (Nis, Serbia). Predictably, the victory was won by more experienced Serbs with a score of 44:16, and the Bulgarians made three attempts [2] . Bulgarian clubs are currently participating in the Balkan Super League [3] .
The participation of the Bulgarian national team in international matches became possible in October 2017 after the Balkan Cup with the participation of Bulgaria and Greece [4] . In both matches, the Bulgarians lost first to the Greeks on October 6 with a score of 8:68 [5] , and then to the Serbs on October 8 with a score of 20:50 [6] .
On June 14, 2018, the Bulgarian national team suffered a terrible loss: at the training of Moscow CSKA Moscow, Georgy Kotsev died of a heart attack. In connection with the tragedy, the match between the teams of the Czech Republic and Norway in the selection for the World Cup 2021 began with a moment of silence [7] .
